Co-estimating geomagnetic field and calibration parameters: modeling Earth’s magnetic field with platform magnetometer data

Models of the geomagnetic field rely on magnetic data high spatial and temporal resolution. An alternative has been developed form co-estimation scheme which consists simultaneously estimating both parameters model internal field. Through experiments, explore correlations between estimates parameters, suggest how these avoided.
